What Is Energy Healing & Shadow Work
Energy healing works with the physical body and the energy field around the body, where emotions, beliefs, and patterns are held. Shadow work is getting curious about the parts of yourself you learned to hide. In sessions, I combine the two. We find where a pattern lives in your body and energy, understand where it began, and support you in releasing it. This is deep work that unfolds over time, and every session is unique to you.
